Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee and Exchange Policy

At BathandSauna, we pride ourselves on selling the best infrared saunas and bathroom furniture on the market.

You may return an item for a full refund within 15 days* of delivery. If you’d like to return an item, please notify us via email at info@bathandsauna.com. Item must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.

We will send you back a return authorization form to include with your package. After that, just send the product back to us and we’ll issue a credit within 24-48 hours once the item is received.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the item is being exchanged. In rare cases, a manufacturer's restocking fee may apply. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will issue a prompt replacement. Please carefully read ALL Shipping Confirmation emails we send to ensure all packages are received properly and damages are noted so we can expedite your replacement. Also, please see the “What if my product is damaged” instructions below.

*For Legion Furniture products, returns may be made within 7 days of receiving the product. For IBMirror/Paris Mirror products, returns may be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@bathandsauna.com  and we will process an immediate replacement.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 15 days of receipt in like-new condition.

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Personal hygiene products such as, but not limited to, bidets and toilets cannot be returned due to health restrictions once they’ve been opened and/or installed. Please contact the manufacturer for any issues past the return window.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and there may be a charge for original shipping cost. Any damages to products may void the return.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Bio Bidet Customer Return Policy and Information

Returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the purchase date and require an RMA number issued by Bio Bidet Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Collect shipments will be deducted from the amount refunded. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Bio Bidet cannot accept returns on products that have been used. All returns are subject to review and can be declined if received in poor condition. Restocking and handling fees may apply.

Smart Toilets:

Due to the difficulty and customer cost in transporting this product, Bio Bidet will NOT accept any smart toilet returns due to the unit being an incorrect size, measurement, shape, incompatible with the customer's bathroom, or the customer simply changing their mind. Due to the large dimension and weight, a white glove curbside service will be used for transporting all smart toilets. The same method of shipping must be used for returns to avoid further damages during transit. Claims for damaged and/or missing items must be received within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone: orders@biobidet.com – 847.458.2334. For issues of a unit arriving damaged or missing parts, contact Bio Bidet for an authorized RMA number by emailing orders@biobidet.com with your full order information including PO#, customer name, customer phone number, customer address, purchase date, and reason for return. Do not sign for damaged items.

Mesa/Sunray/Athena Return Policy

You can return all items purchased within 20 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. Clearance items are non-returnable. The item should be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.

The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. 

Payment Policy

Credit card payments are charged at the time of purchase regardless of the delivery date. eChecks are accepted, and are ran at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay by check, products will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

MTD Vanities Return Policy

MTD Bath products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. MTD Vanities are backed by MTD Bath's 1 Year Limited warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

This warrantee extends only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use only. For commercial uses, additional limitations may apply. MTD Vanities warrants mirrors, vanities, faucet finishes and fittings to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year. MTD Vanities will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where MTD Vanities optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the warrantee periods. Please note that MTD Vanities is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Improper modification of any vanity and/or faucet may void the warrantee.

This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operations on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the MTD Vanities product is subject to alterations, or if repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent of MTD Vanities. This warranty does not extend to any plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than MTD Vanities. Implied warranties, including that of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. MTD Vanities disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

PRODUCT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MTD Vanities shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special or consequent damages, such as, but not limited to, (1) damage to or loss of other property or equipment, (2) loss of profits, revenue or reputation, (3) cost of replacement goods, (4) cost of storage, handling and/or care of damaged, defective or nonconforming goods or (5) claims of buyer’s customer or service interruptions. MTD Vanities is not responsible for any additional parts or equipment required for the installation or use of any of its products or merchandise, such as plumbing supply requirements (elbow joints, valves, pipes, etc). MTD Vanities is not responsible for the installation of any of its products or merchandise.

The liability of MTD Vanities arising out of or related in any way to the sale, delivery, resale, installation or use of the goods sold by or furnished by MTD Vanities, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any warranty or otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the specific goods upon which liability is to be based. Buyer’s remedies for any breech of this agreement by MTD Vanities, or with respect to MTD Vanities liability under this agreement shall be limited to either MTD Vanities choice of any of the following: (1) the repair of the goods, (2) the replacement of the goods, (3) the return of the goods in question to MTD Vanities and the return to the buyer of any consideration paid to MTD Vanities for said goods.
